Bing me

Microsoft has entered into the search engine wars! OK, maybe not a war.. fight? altercation? Well, you get the idea.. anyways.. Microsoft has launched a new website called Bing to compete with Google. We could talk about Yahoo here too, but personally, Google blows Yahoo away.

I have been playing around on Bing for a few days.. seems very good so far. Good responses and solid hits on par with Google. The biggest feature that I have found as a nice improvement is the image and video search. The image results are displayed in a continuous scroll on the page, as opposed to Google or Yahoo's page by page style. This ends up being much smoother for searches. A HUGE plus on the video search is that you can just by hover over one of the videos and it will be played in the thumbnail view. Just click on it for the larger version. Very slick.

So, yet another option for us to get our information fix. God, what the hell did we ever do before the internet?
