Rest and Relaxation
Christmas was fun, though exhausting. The woman and I spent time with the family, of course. You can ask for no better company, that is for sure. Plus there is the food. My God, the FOOD! I think I have left overs for a week or more. One of my co-workers is quite amused. Especially since I owe him a lunch out, yet keep coming in for leftovers. I told him he was out of luck until my food stores ran out.
As for the gifting part, I scored nicely! The woman and I seem to have improved greatly on our gift giving over the years. The first Christmas was a disaster, though, an amusing disaster that we both look back at now and laugh. She got me some silly ugly ass water fountain and I think I got her a damn Christmas candle or a raw steak or something. God that was bad.
On the computer side of things, it was announced this week that World of Warcraft - the massive mulitplayer online game from - has reached the 5 million player mark world wide! Want a break down? 1 out of every 1200 human beings on the planet plays World of Warcraft. That's even a bit more impressive when you realize that it is currently only playable from North America, Europe, Asia, & Austrailia. As one of the 1 out of 1200, I can tell you that Warcraft is something that needs to be seen and experienced to be believed. The graphics, depth, and gameplay are astounding. Hmmm, that reminds me, think I need to go run some errands so I can get back here and play! It's my day off!
